Stopped by today with a painting of my Mom in her wedding gown (she just turned 86) where the frame had deteriorated at the point of the hanging wire connection. Was hoping the frame could be repaired. The kind woman we worked with suggested she could restring the hanger and attach it to a different part of the frame. She did this, repapered the back, put new hardware on to hang it and sent us on our way with new hangers for the wall. When we asked what we owed her she said "Oh nothing, we don't charge for small things like this". I literally left the shop with chill bumps I was so touched by her kindness. Will definitely be bringing our future business to this shop!

I was delighted with the work done by The Great Frame Up! They helped me select the perfect frame and matte for my large print, did a beautiful job framing it, and then delivered and hung the print over my fireplace. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
